"I wish I'd known about this place sooner! This was such a fun spot. Great for parties! We had toddlers and kids as old as 7 - all having a blast from start to finish. I highly recommend checking it out!"

"We went to the playhouse nearly every day under both the previous owner and the current owner. We loved it, and it really saddens me to have to write this review. My son was increasingly bullied by the owners daughter. The owner did correct her when she saw it, but that was less than a quarter of the time. There were typically 8-12 bullying incidents per day from her child to mine. I should have left sooner, but tbh, I was desperate to make the playhouse situation work out so I could take my child, including working there for free hours every week. The owner repeatedly said, "if you don't like the way your child is treated is treated by another child, don't bring them around other kids.". Knowing that was her mantra, I didn't feel comfortable talking about all the incidents she wasn't seeing. But when my son started having nightmares about her daughter, I had no choice but to cancel our membership. She did give me refund for the remaining portion of the membership. But my son is still having nightmares about being bullied a week later."

"We love how the playhouse offers a variety of activities that are not only fun, but also encourage my kids to think outside the box and express themselves in new ways. I also love that Sarah plans special themed events as well as activities for homeschoolers. When it’s hot, rainy etc but we still need to get out of the house the Local Playhouse is a safe and welcoming environment. Sarah is always friendly and attentive, and makes sure that everyone feels included and valued. If you're looking for a fun and creative way to stay out of this georgia heat, I highly recommend checking out the Local Playhouse."

"This place is sooo wonderful! I love talking to the owner, Sarah, and my daughter loves playing with her oldest. They are always so sweet and even remember her name! It’s a wonderful place to take your young kids when it’s raining or too hot or cold. I love getting to talk to other parents while my wild child get her energy out!"
