"I paid $210 to have my pickup truck, washed claybarredbuffed and waxed all they did was wash it and wax it, and they didn't even do the roof of the truck. They didn't wipe out the door James. Basically I got screwed in. There are bunch of criminals same as every other use car lot. That I have noticed in the area Well, I wouldn't call it a free detail. I would call it a free washing. And maybe waxing, and if you're gonna get knit picky and try to pick a part everything. I said about you. Then why don't you address the fact that you never even put soap on the roof of the truck? You did not buffet or paint, correct it because there was no dust in the trailer or in the tailgate jam. It had not been wiped down. So why don't you address all of that? I have more proof that you did not do what I asked you to do. The only thing you did do that I asked you to do is remove the badging and the decals and the logos, and the only downside of that was the holes that were left in the front Fender, I had no idea that they were gonna do that you had no idea they were gonna do that. That is not your fault. But everything else that you neglected to do is your fault. So you left the reply 8 hours ago. 2:00 after I left your office. You gave me the $210 back. My guess is because of your guilt. So thank you for addressing this. Thank you for trying to make it right and as far as you wanting to correct. It should have been done correct the first time"

"Very nice selection of upscale PU trucks. Friendly folks. Paperwork went smoothly for an out-of-state purhase. For a dealer that has such nice vehicles, several basic things that any dealer should do were not done: Oil was dirty and had not been changed, windshield wipers were really bad, and passenger side did not work at all; passenger side seatbelt was jammed; broken tail light lens should have been replaced."
