"Lonnie, the owner, is abrasive and angry, every time I've gone in, but, hey, everybody has bad days. He seems to take a question or fixable disagreement as an act of war. I tried to have a respectful conversation to find middle ground, but he escalated it to yelling, "Get out of my store!" I responded in kind. I'm not proud of sinking to his level, but it never should have come to that. It's well worth going to Dollar General, Auto Zone or even to Fyffe or Fort Payne for better service, where you won't risk getting your head bitten off if you ask a question or, god forbid, disagree with Lonnie. I see from other reviews I'm not alone. Kudos to the reviewer who pointed out that two of the five-star reviews were posted by Lonnie, roundly complimenting himself. That's hilarious. Run some of his other positive, similarly worded one-sentence reviews through an app called Fakespot."

There’s probably more under different names, because it would be hard to believe that many people think that highly of their experience. I’ve been in twice. Both times he was rude and almost aggressive in demeanor. I’ll never return. Take your packages to Auto Zone or Dollar General for drop offs."
