"worst location , employee lies about what type of oil my car needs, they just want to sell the expensive service, the beard guys i think is the manager is the rudest person i’ve ever met. He should be fired and they should bring someone else, there are lot of options to do my oil change around so if you do not change the attitude you’ll run out of business. By the way i will make sure that corporate knows about this shady location"

"Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Never a bad experience. Highly recommended. My collection ranges from antiques to military to exotics and I bring them all to the Rome, Georgia location to have them checked out before they are taken on road trips. Just 2 days ago they replaced the windshield wipers on my Jeep. They knew on the spot what I needed, installed them, and had me out in less than 5 minutes. So far they are working perfectly, and they come with a 6 month warranty."
"I’m always trying new locations and on the hunt to make changes if possible. Since I have seen many great reviews I figured I would give it a shot. The business upon first glance is clean and looks very professional. This visit however did not go as I had anticipated. With only one vehicle in the bay in front of me, I waited an hour for services. Once inside my total time was approximately 80mins. I may need to revisit in hopes this was just a bad day!"
