"We took my son's car out there 3 times. Never again!!! Bo does not own this place anymore by the way. However, they are still using his name on the building. The first time, it had an oil leak, and the car was going dead. We paid $475 to have the oil leak fixed the first time and we were told the oil probably leaked on the alternator and that was what was causing the car to go dead. When we got the car back, it still had an oil leak, and the car was still going dead. The second time, we paid $750 because they said it needed a new oil filter housing and that's what was causing the continued leak the second time. They said they cleaned the alternator and removed any oil that may have gotten on the alternator causing it to stall out. Both times we got the car back it still had leaks and both times the car would still stall out. I talked to Tanner the new owner and he tried to tell me my son said he hit something in the road that caused the second oil leak after we got it back the first time. My son said he never said anything like that to Tanner. Either way, we shouldn't have gotten back a car with the oil still leaking the first time we got it back. Don't take your cars to these clowns! They want the money but not the work! We could barely tell they did anything to the car."

"Won't use their service again if I knew what the cost was going to be for one coil pack and installation. I would of done it myself especially since I took it to them in the first place to put my original coils and sparks on a year ago to find out they broke a connector to the coil and hid by putting a zip tie together with the connector. They just charged me 300 for 1 coil that cost 40 and to install it. Poor excuse of a service."

"Stay away from this place! No experience and they like to continuously run "diagnostics" to make you think they are really doing something when they are just replacing parts trail and error style that you could do yourself. We was told they would find out what the problem was before it costed us anymore money, well a new alternator and and some spark plugs later they still didn't fix the problem and was still guessing. Wished we would have went somewhere else. Please people stay away from here. I was pretty much guaranteed they would find the problem before it costed me anything and I had enough guessing and went and got it. Bo newsom does not own this place he retired and sold to this bunch of clowns that I wouldn't trust or pay to change air in a tire!!!!"

"The last review states they were not charged for the diagnostic test. We were charged $50 and given paperwork with no exact diagnosis."

"This is the place to go for auto repair needs, good honest people. I had just bought a new for me, 2016 Mercedes SUV with 105,000 miles, that had an engine light come on. I called them, and took it to them. They don’t specialize in Mercedes but do work on them. So when I got there they ran a diagnostic test on it. They found out what the problem was, the EGR system. He recommended I take it to a dealer and see what they said. I did take it to the dealer in Huntsville and it was covered under some extended warranty, I had no knowledge of. Bo’s didn’t charge me anything to run a diagnostic on it and put me in the right direction. The dealer didn’t charge me anything for the repair because it was a warranty item. Just the diagnostic at the dealer is usually $225. A lot of repair shops would’ve charged for the diagnostic and tried to repair it. Bo’s shop is very clean and organized. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of Bo’s auto repair shop."
