"Very impressed with the windows and the worker's that put them in got 11 windows replaced and it took them three hour's to do the job the 3 men had a job to do and did it well. We are very satisfied with the work and the windows they even cleaned up after could not ask for a better job my windows are so much better. I would recommend WW and the estimate they gave me at the end they lowered it ! and to me that was very honest because most places would not do that ."

"I have dealt with the Youngstown office for whole house windows replacement and storm and screen door replacement with no problems at all. I moved to Weirton and had the Weirton office replace all windows and a sliding patio door. The man they had actually replacing windows did exceptionally good work. The guy helping ruined my one hardwood floor by dragging a bed on it. If a worker is professional and trained, you’d think they would know to be exceptionally careful when working in n an area with hard wood floors!!!??? When I reported the damage to them, the first thing I was told is “in the contract it says we are not responsible for any damages”!!!???? So they can come in and damage your home in the process of installing windows!!??? Then they offered to take $100 off??!!! When I told them thats not acceptable either they said to get a quote so I did and it was more in the $1000 range. The scratches can not be fixed without the whole wooden floor being replaced! I’m a single older woman with a disability. I have no way of getting everything out of there! So I couldn’t do it. When it was time to pay the bill nothing was taken off. I will never recommend them to any one again! I did before this all happened to my nephew for some special order windows, which were done by a different business location. WOW!!?? now that’s something! Why was I told by the office to have blinds and window treatments down and no mention whatsoever about moving any furniture?? I will call Scott tomorrow but the message he left said I was told by him to get 3 estimates when he told me to get one and I most certainly did call him back with the one and told him it would be too hard for me to empty all furniture out of that room."
