Wright Co Electric HVAC Sewer and Septic

"I am extremely disappointed with this company. We reached out to them to repair our HVAC system through our home warranty. When the warranty wouldn't cover the needed repairs, we agreed to pay cash, however, when the techs came out to begin work, they found a sewage leak. At that point, it was basically like we didn't exist. We had to find a different company to do the sewage work because they claimed they don't do sewage and plumbing work. That's a lie. Oh well, that's okay. After our house caught fire, we hired their biggest competitor to redo all of our HVAC system, duct work, etc. All new plumbing and electric. We 100% would have recommended them to do the work if they had handled us differently the first time. They lost out on $25k+ worth of work. Seems like a lot of money lost for such a small company."

"We had two ceiling lights and a dryer outlet replaced. Our work was scheduled the day after we called them. We were kept updated when the technician would arrive. Jordan completed the work quickly and was a pleasure to have in our home. The cost of the work he did was very reasonably priced. I will use Wright Electric in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work! Thank you for being a local company we can trust!"

"Contacted them in the afternoon about coming out to swap out an outlet. A 10 minute job. A man answered and said he could get someone out the same evening and would text with an update when someone was on the way. I said that was fine and we cancelled plans to wait at the house. We waited a couple hours and I called at 8pm to check in. No answer. Nobody ever showed up. I called the next morning at 8, no answer, called again at 8:30, and again at 9. No answer. I called again at 9:30 and left a message to not worry about the job since they were not responding. Would not recommend this company. If they couldn’t make it or didn’t want the job, a heads up would’ve been appreciated since I cancelled plans."

"We have a warranty through Home Serve. We call Home Serve and they contact a company in the field of which we need service. In the past Home Serve has had other businesses call us to schedule an appointment. The business they sent was horrible!! Basically the business did not want to travel to our home from Clarksburg where they are located. They actually told me they did not have other appointments in my area at the time I needed my furnace looked at. In the winter!! When Amber from WrightCo. called to set up our appointment, she was very nice and professional!! They came very quickly. Jordan the electrician was very helpful and professional!! They took care of everything!! Even calling Home Serve to make sure what we needed was covered!! It made my week to deal with them!! They took care of our problems hassle free!!
