"I set up an appointment for my mom who lives in a senior housing apartment complex. I explained to Serious Carpet that she lives in the last single story unit. I expressed concern about being able to reach her apartment. They assured me that even if they couldn't reach the unit with their hoses that they would still be able to do it. So, we scheduled the appointment. My mother and I moved all the items off of furniture so they could easily move shelves and other items. They arrive on time. They walk to the apartment stating they didn't think their hoses would reach and they would not be able to do the job. I told them that they assured me that even if the hoses couldn't reach that their was another option to make sure it was done. They said, they didn't bring anything else to use to do the carpet. They said, they were never told by the person who schedules appointments. I am very disappointed in their professionalism. I would not recommend them. My mom and family was very inconvenienced."
