"Was a long time customer but they have been going down hill the last couple years and it’s gotten to the point I won’t be back. Yesterday was the final straw. Left work early to try and get a haircut. I arrived with what normally would be plenty of time to get a haircut before they close at 5. Didn’t see the guy I normally use (not uncommon he comes and goes when it’s convenient for him theses days) so I asked if he was there. The lady working very rudely told me they were closed because they close at 5 (it was well before 5 with plenty of time for another customer and to clean up the shop and go home at 5) I guess she didn’t like that I interrupted her just bull s**ting with another customer."
