"first of all, the delivery men weren't friendly at all, they delivered the furniture 2 MONTHS late, and when they did it was all chipped and broken with scratches all over it. never buying from this place again, horrible experience. do better."

It’s kind of pricey to me and the lady that called with appt time to deliver was not the kindest but the delivery guys had a smile on their face and talked to me while setting up my couch. "In September we purchased a Fairfield Raymond swivel chair to match one we had from Kelly at Jack's. When it was delivered we had concerns, it was not a total match, apparently some changes had been made with the design (stitching pattern). Jack's contacted the manufacturer and made it right. The chairs now match. Outstanding customer service. We could not be happier with the product and the customer care Jack's provided."
"ALL the staff here is extremely contemporary as far as they treat you and all they serve like family. They have the best old fashioned values and respect for all. They are honest and sincere with everyone. I highly recommend these folks first for your furniture needs. Unlike the local chain furniture co, Jacks has a lot more upscale and they have rock solid product for you and they have professional people that know what you may want to buy. If all else you can order on line and come down and get it."
