"The Wife and I stopped in today to look at some couches with a chaise. We were just planning on looking not buying. My wife said if we get someone following us around the store pressuring us we are out of here. Then we met Ivy. She did not pressure us at all and was very knowledgeable we showed her pictures of our living room with the setup we wanted. She talked us out of some combinations that we probably wouldn't have been satisfied with and would of cost us more. This is the most comfortable I have been in any retail or automobile dealership.
