"Horrible business. My Grandmother, 88 yrs old, was unable to fully comprehend the "small print" and they took full advantage of her...she ordered a bed but cancelled the order but they said NO. Nasty and unwilling to budge after she pleaded to cancel the order long before shipping. NO. Totally unable to help her or cancel after several pleadings for help. NO and firm NO, NO, NO was all she got. Fixed income and didn't know she couldn't cancel when she found a better deal. DO NOT conduct business with these unpleasant scrooges. It's amazing they're even a business at all. If you're considering furniture from them, stop. They do not deserve your hard earned money, nor should they earn another dollar from any American. Please warn others..."

"I try to only shop at Belpre furniture because it is a local business and because the quality of their pieces. I used to shop at Wieser and Cawley but because they went out of business, I found that Belpre has just as good quality furniture. This time Zach was my salesman. He was very attentive and helpful. The guys that brought the furniture to me… I can’t say enough good things about them. They were the best!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a $1500+ lift chair from them, picked it up myself. My mom who is disabled couldn't get into the chair at all, it sat up too high. I called to see if I could take it back the very next morning, and they told me no. No returns. My mom who's on a fixed income is now out $1500 for a lift chair she can't use. Thanks Belpre Furniture. That's pretty disgraceful and pathetic."

"We just received the furniture we ordered yesterday….ordered a living room sofa, loveseat, recliner, three tables, a glider chair and a bedroom set….all came yesterday. All were delivered by very nice delivery people. Nothing was damaged in any way shape or form. Can’t tell you how pleased we are with the furniture. Our salesman’s name was Zach….very nice sweet guy!! Would definitely recommend this furniture store to anyone….."

"I am extremely disappointed with Belpre Furniture and would not recommend them to anyone. I ordered a sectional, ottoman, and chair. The salesman gave me incorrect measurements on the floor model so when the furniture was delivered it did not fit in the room correctly. Also the chair never came in. I phoned and spoke to my salesman Zach who said he couldn’t do anything about the sectional as it was custom made. He stated he could order the chair now but of course I would have to come in and pay up front plus I would be paying for delivery again. There is no way I would give them any more money - not knowing if that order would be incorrect too. I was surprised that the manager didn’t even take the time to call and try to help. So please do yourself a favor and shop where customer satisfaction matters."
