Buffalo Wild Wings

"For the first time ever we had atrocious service from the minute we walked in. Our waitress should've been sent home for being absolutely high on cocaine or something. Our food came out an hour after we ordered it and was served cold and wrong. I ordered boneless and got traditional, order 2 American burgers 1 add guacamole and it didn't. Had to ask for dipping sauces twice. Waitress was awful. She used our table to sit her serving tray on to serve everybody around us and couldn't get our food out on time and the cooks in the back were just as bad. They literally asked if we got our food and ate it already but forgot that we ate it. Like for real? The manager was a waste of skin. The hostess stand was sitting empty for over 25 mins while the manager stood right beside it and never offered to seat anybody. Worst trip ever to ironton bdubs. Worst 100 dollars I ever spent on food."

"Ordered food from here tonight. The food was incorrect and my boneless wings had very little sauce and they were extremely hard. Total waste of $30 of food. The restaurant has gotten really terrible with their food recently. I definitely don't recommend."

"Could keep the dining floor cleaner. Waitresses should know what table is theirs when people are seated (management?). We sat there for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. When they finally figured it out, the waitress did a good job."

"My client wanted to go there! It was very busy. We had to sit ourselves! Waited for 10 minutes before someone brought a menu. Took 10 minutes before they came back to take our order! Took longer to get our food! Onion rings were to crunchy. Chicken sandwich was the best! No one came around asking if we wanted a refill or anything! I asked another lady for napkins. Another lady came to table with silverware and napkins. No refills for our drinks. They didn't ask if we wanted any dessert or anything else! Gave us the bill for us to pay up!! Last time I go there!!! Didn't leave a tip due to having 5 different women coming to our tables 1 to take our order,1 for our 1 and only drink. Another one brought our food another 1 with silverware and napkins then the last 1 for our bill!"

"Got our order wrong. Seats hurt all of us they were very uncomfortable. The fries had no salt or any type of seasoning same things with the chips all of my food was very bland and boring. They came out with our appetizers after waiting for a while and then about 5 minutes later brought out our food as I was halfway through eating my appetizer."
