"I had a 60 minute massage and facial. Shelly did both for me and was incredible! If you visit anytime soon request her. Very professional, and does an incredible job!"
"Got the worst blowout of my life today. The second the shampoo started I could tell it was going to be bad. The stylist Haley used hot water, followed by cold water, then back to hot. Zero pressure was applied when shampooing, I got up from the bowl with hair that was not clean. She then was unable to get my hair all the way dry with a blow dryer and proceeded to run a straightener over my damp hair. Left with frizzy, fried hair. When I brought it up at check out the response was, “well, we will let her know”. There was no offer to have a different stylist fix it or any compensation offered. Would not recommend the stylist named Haley and I will not be back to the salon. Otherwise, the spa is great. My husband and I did a couples massage and I did the Signature Facial that was fabulous."
