"I made an appt with Kim and one for my daughter with Nicole for full set acrylic with gel polish. I liked how easy it was to book an appt with specific techs on their website. They were very sweet, personable, punctual and professional. You can tell that they’ve mastered their craft. They were very quick and efficient but not quick in a way that you feel rushed, at all. They’re just that good at their jobs. We are DEFINITELY going to be repeat customers. Also, with the pictures, I work with my hands so my cuticles are always like that. They didn’t cut or burn either of us with the nail drill. I was worried about that, as I’ve been cut with the drill, so I was afraid to try someone new and they just did an amazing job."

"Went to get my nail fixed. Poor job, rushed me and the line work was awful on my nail. In the picture there’s no mistaking which nail was poorly done. Also, they don’t speak to you but to each other and laugh and are rude. TAKE CASH if you’re going to get a mail fixed. They said card for purchase $10 or more, not many people carry cash so they got $10 for a $5 nail repair. That’s one way to get a tip!!!! I do tip, but don’t want to be forced to tip. Bad experience. Next time I’ll wait for my usual nail tech to be available. Wont ever be back. Don’t recommend."
