"WARRNING THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! The girl with the black hair, her name is SIERRA, be careful with her! if you give her a deposit and she cancels on you with no refund, what a great way to make money!!! I wanted dark brown and she ordered me chocolate darkest brown to black, hair extensions which I was not happy with. She charged me $1525.00 for the extensions and install i was supposed to get the tied weft hair. I gave her half of the money for a down payment which was required. She did not take the time to explain anything, and I felt over charged, confused and taken advantage of. So I asked her when the hair came in, I would like to see it before our appointment. She flipped out and gave me an attitude, she made me feel like all she cared about was getting paid. Her attitude then changed, She told me that she can exchange it for a different color, as long as she doesn’t open the hair. Even the website says I can exchange it or return it. The next day she turns around and tells me she doesn’t know if the website will let her return the hair. Its like she forgets her own lies. In the beginning she made me believe that she bought 10 rows of hair, but a couple days later She tells me she only bought two rows. Then she ask me if im willing to spend more money on my hair because she needs to buy a third row of extensions which means she only spent $400 on two rows. I told her no! I’m already paying you $1525 thats alot of money. She didn’t like that so the next day she cancelled my appointment and as a client, because I’m not willing to spend more money on my hair. And because I wanted to exchange the darkest chocolate hair extensions to a lighter color and she said that made me unstable. She insulted me and my hair talking trash about my hair. Then shes says shes going to give me the full refund the same day but then she turns around and said “she tired” and wont send it till tomorrow. That she has a full time job and a family and she doesn’t have the time to return my money. The next day came and no refund. She messaged me saying I will get my full refund on Sep 1st. On Sep 1st, no refund. She texted me saying I have to wait until the hair gets returned so i have no idea if she’s saying the truth since she kept changing the date of my refund. I told her I was going to file a report against her with the BBB. That made her mad! She started to use fighting words against me. Its been two weeks now and no refund so I decided not to deal with her anymore and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get my money back. Its very sad that you go to a business, expecting to get treated fairly and receive the service you pay for, and in the end get treated badly, cancelled, lied to, and until now, stolen from. Never in my life have i had such bad experience it almost felt like I was dealing with someone out of their garage. So unprofessional. Because of her, I don’t think I can trust any hair salon. I checked the website where she told me she buys the hair from. Two rows and 16 inches long, the hair was only 400 dollars but she charged me $1525 and she wanted more. And because I refused to give her more money she cancelled me. In reality, i was thankful she cancelled. I don’t want a person like her to have my money or touch my hair. Her excuses for not paying back my deposit is not my problem when she was the one who cancelled my appointment with her. In my opinion, until the money is back in my hands, she has stolen from me and this business is a scam. I have put in hair extensions before and the hairstylist i went to were very professional and explained everything very well. Obviously the price is high, but you expect to get what you pay for. And Sierra got upset because i was asking questions. About the cost and the quality/quantity of the hair. She said she didn’t like me questioning her about her work. Who wouldn’t ask questions when spending that much money? Be careful if you do end up in a situation like this or if you get your hair done and you’re unhappy and you want a refund."

"I have been to Syrras twice and Ken cut and styled my hair both times. This is the best hairdresser I have ever experienced, and I have had other stylists that were good, but not exceptional like Ken! He is the only hairdresser I have ever been to that does not get fine hair all over my face. I don't know how he does it, but not only are his skills excellent, but he makes sure you are a satisfied customer before you leave. I have found a hairdresser that I will continue to go to and if he ever leaves, I will follow him because he is that good! Also, I would like to add he is very intelligent and a great conversationalist as well. Thank you, Ken for your great work ethic and the skills you have honed to service your clientele!!"
