"I bought a monthly tanning package. Paid $52 for a whole month and I have only gotten to tan 1 time. The day I purchased my package. I’m 2 weeks or more into this package. Every time I come to tan, they are closed before their posted hours. Their door and google both show the closed at 9 except sunday is 6. Again here I sit in front of their store as I write this review. It 5:02 on a Sunday and they are clearly closed. I want my money back at this point. I will never spend a dime of mine at this place again!!!!! What a waste of my money and I’m still pale white. I burn easily and even the 1 day I did get to tan, I laid 20 full minutes and never got hot, sweat, nor burnered. I usually also do at sun tan city!!!!"

"Absolutely disgusting beds!!! Found roaches crawling in the room along with a pool of sweat from the previous person using the bed. Staff is extremely rude and there was no one to greet me as I walked in for 10 minutes finally getting greeted rudly I'm new to tanning beds and I had no clue how to work it and she had a huge problem showing me how to use the bed. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!!"
