"They cut my sons hair still but they haven't cut mine going on 2 years due to their appointment system still being in place after the covid restrictions. I used to be able to go and get a quick 10-minute cut whenever I had time, even if I had to wait for the other people in front of me. It had a community atmosphere to it when you would have 5 or 6 people all joining a conversation, and the wait time would fly by. Now? There's like maybe 2 people there on average, and they don't even start at your appointed time 50% of the time. Another example of how service went downhill after lockdowns and how the old ways are just better"
