"The good first... My nails looked immaculate! The design is exactly what I wanted it to be. I had my first pedicure and it was also great. Great service and very clean. Now to the downside... We waited for 4 hours... 4 HOURS, I wouldn't have minded at all had we at least been discounted for our excruciatingly long wait. There were only 2 employees, but they could avoid this by making appointments."

"I got my nails done twice here, both times were rushed and both times a nail either snapped in half, chipped, or just fell off. Also the guy never wants to give my change back and just stares at me expecting to tell him to keep 10+ dollars every time. Edit. They're saying they never did my nails. They did them on December 8th and December 28th. I LITERALLY HAVE THE PICTURE FROM THE 8TH. I didnt take a picture of my last nails, and they lasted almost a week before one broke."
