"I have had nothing but issues the last few months. Starting with their online refilling system. I put an order in for a refill on a couple prescriptions. It continuously said in progress but had been days and no emailing or further progress. I had to go up there to talk face to face with them to get it filled. And I still had to wait and the tech said they never received the order. Then turned into whenever I tried to refill something or if my doctor sent in a new prescription, suddenly there were “insurance delays” and issues, but insurance covered all medications, no delays from their end. Some of the medications were ones I’d already had before, so I know the prices and know the insurance didn’t cause an issue. And even after it saying “delayed due to insurance”, they never fill it. Never get an email saying it’s ready. They have also lost new prescriptions. My boyfriend went up there for me, and they told him they put one of my medications back because it “sat out too long” when it was never ready to begin with. Everytime my boyfriend calls it takes 30 minutes or more to even get ahold of someone. So we have to go up there face to face to talk to them. I understand they are busy but the fact that no one can answer the phone, or even when they do there’s an issue even after a conversation? Come on. Be professional. The lead pharmacist does not seem to be friendly or customer service oriented. Does not seem to want to resolve issues or even answer questions. My family and I have used Walgreens for years and it’s never been this bad of an experience. I hope they make the necessary changes because as of now, I can’t wait to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere."

"Three times in a year my prescription was sent to them 7 day before it was to be filled. On the day it was to be filled the didn’t have medication. This medication I need same dose everyday. They said they would order me the script and I would have to wait two days when I went to get it after the two days the person forgot to order the medicine so now it’s another day. Manager offered no solution but wait another day withour. Sounds like a great place to start a pharmacy to me."
