"My wife and I had read several of Stuart's books so the area seemed familiar. My recommendation would be to explore it in the fall. It was quite warm, the deer flies were very active, and the trails in serious need of grooming. Exploring the area, and finding Plum Grove Baptist Church and cemetery, where he, his wife, parents, etc., are buried, was interesting. Their burial plots lie where Plum Grove School once stood."

"The Seaton Ridge loop is impassable on the east side from the Seaton Ridge spur. Needs some serious trail maintenance. A couple glimpses of the Ohio River through the trees, but nothing crazy."
