"Nice and diverse terrain for hunting, but it does see a lot of pressure."
"This a large wildlife area that also has a few of the old iron furnaces. There are wetlands, ponds, streams and much more. As far as hiking goes, the only thing that I could find was what looked to be a road at one time. You can also see paths from where others hiked before. The map from the ODNR is hard to read. If there are actually trails that are named and marked that would be great. Other than that, it is a quiet and scenic place."

"Beautiful place. We love it ! I have never ever given 5 stars to anyone. We love to wild harvest. Don't take too much, the wildlife depend on it more ! Saw a deer ( doe) and an indigo snake ( I think), heard some barred owls, saw a water turtle, frogs, birds in abundance ! Found a morel mushroom also."
