"They rarely make mistakes with getting our medicine. However the customer service has always been the weakest. The Pharmacy department will bad mouth customers and are completely rude when you are asking the what should be routine questions. They have offended many people that I know. Personally, they made my mom cry because they refuse to see her as a human being when she is scared and nervous about medication anyways. They treat her like a number and that is not right.Yes, people might be stressed but kindness goes along way in my book. Overall, I am personally dissatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Very very very slow. Scripts called in 1 hour before and still waited. 6 persons in line and 1 cashier walked away to kiss her grandkids. Worst customer service ever. Will stick with Riverview pharmacy from now on!"
