"Dr. Bolden is seriously one of the best Pediatricians in the world! She takes her time with the kids, listens to the parents concerns, and really gets to the bottom of things immediately. She doesn’t waste any time and I love that about her!!! I can’t recommend her enough!!! One of her nurses, named Becky, my kids ask before we even leave our house if she’s gonna be there because they love her so much too! She always is making them laugh!! The staff at the front desk are the absolute SWEETEST people! They are always so friendly, and go above and beyond as well!! We love this place!"
"This place is a joke. They called to approve my appointment two days before i was scheduled. They then rescheduled me THE DAY OF my appointment saying the dr was out for the whole week. Despite having so much time to tell me before hand they waited. They rescheduled me to the end of the month and called to approve it again. Just got a call, a week later, saying the dr i was seeing is going to part time and not accepting anyone. Waste of time. Didnt try to reschedule with a different dr, just tried to send me down to some place in ironton. I havent even been seen! If thats how you run a business then im terrified of the effort your drs put in. New patient? RUN AWAY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME."
"Very disappointed in their scheduling. It took months to get the first appointment. Second appointment was rescheduled due to them scheduling on a day they were closed. When we showed up for the rescheduled appointment, it had been canceled. We weren't notified and there was no one in the office to see grandchild for dental check up. Overall, not very happy with this office.."
