"First off it took us 15 minutes to get our order taken and after we got the food there was a hair in the sandwich they never offered to refund the meal or compinsate for the mishap they just shrugged and took the sandwich back and replaced it. I get it workin with food mistakes happen sometime but not a single person working was wearing a hear net I don't think this is very sanitary and if I wouldn't have seen the hair sticking out of the food I would've eaten it. Get it together Arby's"

"Employee said they don’t open until 11 AM as I sat and waited. Google and Arbys site says the place opens at 9 AM. Looks like to me they were to busy outside smoking cigarettes not getting anything ready"

"Me and my boyfriend went to try the Philly steak sandwich and fries service was great the food was horrible the sandwiches were awful soggy mushy and gross they were cold I throw them away the fries were cold it's bad when you spend 30 dollars on a meal and it ends up in the garbage I have had great meals from Arby's but that sandwich was that bad I will not go back to Arby's for a good well"

"Service was good but the sandwiches were cold and the bread was either stale or sat out too long. The fries were cold like the rest of the meal. What happened to having fresh hat sandwiches. I know it's fast food but it could still be hot and fresh."
