"Now it's been many years since I've been to Forked Run Ohio State Park and I must it was like being at a different Park a lot of things have changed for the better with major improvements in a lot of areas whoever is making this possible great job much appreciated please keep up the good work"

"The beach itself was very clean, full but not crowded. It’s sandy bottom the entire way out and drops gradually. I’d give the beach itself 5 stars! The one star is so others will see this warning. I was there along with my friend, both young females. After the families left and we were at the beach alone, two men on motorcycles came up and watched us from the top of the hill for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, some kayakers came up to the beach and once the men saw them, they proceeded to go behind the trees to continue to watch us for another 20-30 minutes. They were not speaking with each other, just staring us down. We ended up asking the kayakers to escort us to our car after it was clear the men were not leaving. The behavior felt extremely predatory, especially watching us from behind the trees. I’m only giving one star so others will be able to see and be on alert just in case. The beach was lovely and felt very safe until that point. I would just be sure to go with a group, or leave when others do as there was poor cell reception and no one nearby."
