"I am a regular here, and I’m almost about to not be one anymore. Maybe in the past month, they’ve gave me the wrong order or my order is completely wrong. Just today, I ordered two McDoubles with ONLY ketchup and cheese, and a small fry. Only to not have my fries, AND both my burgers were made wrong. I was on my short lunch break and didn’t have time to turn around. I’m pretty done with this McDonald’s. They never pay attention when you place your order, they are always talking to each other at the window, and are almost never friendly anymore."
"They need to change the lobby hours to when ever we feel like it. I will not waste my time again as I can’t go through the drive thru. I’ll start giving my money to Hardee’s who has half the employees and is always open."
"I’ve been going here for a week straight and every single time they give me a biscuits that’s literally falling apart and is rock hard, there’s absolutely no way you’re looking at that and saying it’s doable. It takes 2 seconds to dispose of a falling apart biscuit and get a new one. I’m tired of paying 6 dollars for bacon and cheese."
"The service gets 3 stars due to speed. Other than that, they are great. The one girl really works hard in helping everyone and trying her best to make the customers happy. She's running around doing things while I see a few not caring. Slacking. They just don't care about the service they provide the customer even though they have no correspondence with the customer. The biggest issue lately, in my opinion, and don't use the excuse short staffed, I see the slackers, is the workers don't take into consideration that McDonald's is "FAST FOOD"! I have a 30-minute lunch break. I have 30 minutes to go to and from McDonald's and eat along the way. 30 minutes! I have had to cancel my order before due to waiting more than 15 minutes on FAST FOOD!"
