"They fill prescriptions fast. Also they do vaccinations same day, quick and easy!"
"Their business practices are very discriminatory and judgemental towards their clients based on the prescription that is being filled. Being new customer means you can't have any other pharmacy. They had our other pharmacy of 27 years transfer all scripts to them without permission. When I call for resolve they just hang up. Update: Prescriptions were not transferred back, as my pharmacist has called three times to retrieve and will make yet a fourth call in the morning.( Mean while the patient you claim to care so much about is without life saving meds.) Only the first AM call with your pharmacist for resolve had cell issues. That is why after work I place two more calls from my house number (no mention of that here). Both times you were on speaker as I explained. My husband had in fact told the male pharmacist that transfer of prescriptions would have to be run by me first; So poor listening and judgment on your part. We took a chance on your pharmacy, that was poor judgement on our part. The real issue is that we have now been days without meds that your pharmacy won't relinquish. Is that part of your quality customer care?"
"It's such a nice place. They were so helpful for my mom's prescription. The pharmacist talked to me and answered all my questions. The staff is super nice. It was such a nice place and easy in and out. They even deliver to my parents' apartment. There aren't many places that are like that anymore. Thank you for your help."
"Best pharmacy in the MOV as far as I am concerned. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I have any problems they go above and beyond to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I have been using Cox pharmacy since around 2009 or so, probably since about the time they came in business in this area and it's always been exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone!"

They know me by name when I go in and are always so willing to help get my prescriptions filled quickly. They will even call me when I have something due to be filled.
