"Lines with 30+ people stretching into the pizza aisle. Phones will ring until the cows come home. They decreased their hours to pretty much be non-functional for the working people. I would use Rite Aid they are very professional and well staffed. This place doesn't function as a pharmacy any more and should be closed."

"If you have about two hours to spend standing in line be sure and get your prescriptions filled here. The long lines, errors, and overall employee turnover make this Kroger pharmacy an extremely painful experience."

"I wouldn't even give them 1 star at this point I have tried and tried for the past week to call and see about my prescription I can't get them to answer the phone I have been there a couple times and the line just goes clear back to the bakery. I called rite aid and I will be switching the guy was super nice told me he would put the request in to have me switched so hopefully they will atleast do there job on that part."

"Service used to be great, and we have been customers for over 20 years. Recently service has deteriorated to the point we are considering changing pharmacies. Lines are unreasonably long, and phone calls are never answered. Telephone system no longer works. We are constantly trying to call for overdue prescriptions, but nobody answers the phone. Automatic refills are no longer automatic. Hours continue to be cut back. I have never seen customer service of such vital importance deteriorate so badly so fast. Absolutely terrible!"

"I am only writing this review in hopes that whoever manages the pharmacies for Kroger will read and take notice. My mother's normal mail delivery pharmacy could no longer get a medication she takes daily. Her medical provider called the prescription into Kroger due to them having it. I phoned yesterday mid-morning to make sure it had been phoned in. The automated pharmacy help line said that it could be picked up any time after noon. So I went there directly after work hoping to beat the 5:00 rush. I arrived around 4:40 and there was already a line of approximately 20 people. So I patiently waited. Only one lady was working the register so it wasn't moving very fast. Around 5:05 I finally made it to the register. I was told that the insurance was needing certification or something similar to that. So I gave the lady my phone to verify my mothers RX insurance. She input the information, told me the approximate cost and asked me to step aside and they would have it ready in about 15 minutes. So I patiently waited an additional 20 minutes until they called my mother's last name. I went back to the register only to be told that they did not have the medication available at this location but they did at a different location. They did give me the option to go to the other and pick up that evening or have them order and have ready the following day. I chose the latter. In total I was there nearly an hour for nothing. That's my only complaint. Shouldn't that be the first thing you check ?"
