"At first I liked this place but this past year has made me rethink my feelings. First my husband and I went in for cleanings, BASIC CLEANINGS, that are suppose to be free through our insurance 2 times a year. We were both told that we had 1 place that needed a small filling. We came in to have the filling done and both of us had a needle pushed in our gums down to the jawbone which was very painful. They did the fillings and after 1 hour we were done. I paid 53.00 dollars at the front desk and when I asked do I owe anymore I was told no that everything was good. I recieved statements in the mail from my insurance showing that this office tried to bill them 3 different times for my husband's cleaning. We also have statements saying for the fillings that for me I owed 110.00 and for my husband 175.00. I found out on December 22nd that this office deducted 480.00 out of my checking account and the insurance company said they were getting another bill for services. insurance also said that I only owed 66.00. I feel I am getting ripped off by this dentist and I definitely wont be going there again."
