"The reason I select 1 star isn't because of this location it's because of the company.. I take car of my 86 yo veteran grandpa and was never told that he had to be listed on my policy and have lived here for 4 years now and all of a sudden they tell me he has to be listed and it wouldn't change my policy convinced me to add him as ad exclusive as in not driver but raised my damn insurance $60! He doesn't drive but has a license... People pay attention to what you say to these people they do nothing but try and find ways to keep sucking all your money out... So now I have to make my grandpa move to my sister's bc I cannot afford to take care of him and pay the $20 inflation increase and now the $60 addition just to have him name on my policy... I have been with this company for over 4 years and never had an issue till now.. I will be calling around to see about better insurance it's a shame even ur auto insurance will scam you... Smh.."
