"Restaurant #17996 ORDER: #1314 Used the drive thru this evening 1/26/24. Receipt says 5:20pm. Order total was $20.59 The fries were terrible and cold! Took them back inside to get fresh hot fries. The girl at counter was very rude, & curt, after getting the fresh fries that I should have gotten to begin with, she very rudely slammed them down on the counter and turned around and stomped off. No “sorry about that” no nothing! Very very rude. Will NOT be using this McDonald’s again. It’ll be Wendy’s from now on or I’ll drive to Teays Valley or Hurricane in the future. Winfield McDonald’s is failing in customer service in a bad way! Shame. Cashier was also very rude."
"Takes forever to get your food. Placed a mobile order every visit and still have to park you every time. There is nothing fast about fast food here."
"You can see the attached pictures. I came at 10:30am when lunch starts and the cook purposefully served me a single quarter pounder without pickles when I paid for a double quarter pounder with extra pickles. It's unacceptable when I waited in line for 10+ minutes just for them to ruin my experience and take my hard-earned money. I did nothing to deserve the half-hearted service from a cook who purposefully is ruining orders."
"Foods pretty good but I've never seen a slower drive thru experience. Came by at like 4:15, low traffic time of day for these places, and I had to be the FIFTH person pulled over to the waiting spots, like all 5 of us waiting simultaneously. I can go inside and get quick service, but I saw the line was super short so I risked the drive thru. It doesn't make sense to me honestly..."
"Great experience! Very large and easy parking. The service was fairly fast. The updated interior was very nice. It really feels modern and with the times. I ordered the steak bagel with out egg. It was excellent amazing flavor just like I remember. If you are looking for a better than average McDonald’s I would shop here!! The coffee was hot and fresh also!"
