"My children were seen by Dr. Paxton. While I dont have a complaint about his dentistry, I however had a bad experience with the receptionist. Last week I took my children for a 9 am appointment & once there Im met with they didnt have an appointment & Id have to schedule one, while I knew my appointment was that day, bc she called 2 days before to confirm it, I agreed to a new appointment bc what else could I do. I know being on time is a must but this morning we only live 5 seconds from the dentist & werent even 5 mins late, she calls at 10:30 with a massive attitude. Reguardless if a client is running late. She has absolutely no right to speak to someone in that manner. She messed up the last appointment. She goes on to say that we miss appointments, but the fact that she has a scheduling problem was always the issue. I even have the dates on the stickers, but upon going to the appointment its pushed months out. My daughter waited a year for a referral to an orthodontist whom they never sent the referral to. I called several times within the year until she needed a new referral & still didnt get sent. This morning the receptionist spoke to my husband & I in a very unprofessional manner. Saying she speak to people how ever she pleases when they waste her time. She is very rude & unprofessional to the people who interact at that dentist office."

"Dr.Paxton as been my dentist for some time now. I needed I for an emergency one time. I called all around for an appointment to get my tooth repaired and even the dentist that I had used for a few years wouldn't get me in for over a month! Dr. Paxton took me in and helped me when I needed it. He takes the time with you to answer any questions you may have or give you information about what he has done to help you. He is very easy when working on your teeth and never causes want trauma that you often feel for says after most dentists. Dr. Paxton is truly a great dentist that cares for his patients. He has a great staff. Each of them are so friendly, treat you like they have known you for years. They are so pleasant to be around and easy to talk with. They too are very gentle when cleaning your teeth or working on your teeth. They are the best by far! I can't recommend him and his staff enough. If you are looking for a dentist or have thought at any time about making a switch, he's the one to call. You will NOT regret making an appointment with Dr. Paxton and will find your dental home."
