"I did not get to see the doctor because the staff said they were not able to contact me! They also had my friend and sister my medical power of attorney number! They did not reach out or call her on my behalf! They had her number! We showed up and could not be seen today! My sweet and only friend in West Virginia took the day off to be with me for my visit! I had a left parotidectomy with a facial nerve dissection! I have been through so much! My home had a electrical fire and was deemed destroyed! When you are a doctor and you claim to be in that profession to help people! Please make sure your staff needs to have the same compassion and kindness toward your patients! If you want to be in the medical field remember that you take a oath to care for your clients! I am of a african american decent! My medical power of attorney is caucasian! I felt if she was not with me today it would have been so very much worst to trust them! My mom was a RN supervisor In a military hospital! She went through horrendous experiences but she still was professional! Regardless of that time of extreme prejudice! My Mom was loving and kind to her patients! Even when they called her the N word! So now I say to the staff at this surgeons office how would you feel? The best part was! If you do not be there for your next appointment we will decline to see you again! West Virginia is extremely prejudice! So to anyone who has read this post! Know what you are dealing with! I will update this post soon! It is all about money! Also recommendation to these doctors friends! Make sure you look at their reviews! Blessings and safety to all of you in these dangerous and uncertain times! God bless all of you!
