"The food hasn’t been very fresh lately but my biggest complaint is that the last two times I’ve been there I’ve found a long black hair in my food. Once in a Big Mac and the other was in a fish sandwich."
"I do not know what is going on with this McDonalds, but i will not go back. In the last two weeks i have eaten at this particular McDonalds, i have gotten really sick. Adding to the fact this has always been one the best McDonalds in terms of customer service other than in Elkview, WV. The people who work the drive through do not greet you nor do they present themselves as welcoming or friendly and it has been like this for a while. Not to worry i got the message and will never go back."
"I ordered inside to go and waited almost 20 minutes for my food. At ten minutes i started asking about it as i saw my number up on the sceeen and then it was gone. The third person i asked finally helped me. The food was pretty good, but my lunch break was over."
"Had to wait 15 minutes for a simple strawberry shake. Then the lady that was handing out the food at the second window decided to tell the truck behind us (after we were told to pull up to wait for our food and strawberry shake) to beep their horn at us. They were also told too yell at us to move from where we were told by McDonald's employees to park and wait for our order. Very bad customer service!!!"
"Ordered 3 cheese burgers, no pickle no onion and a large fry. Took a almost 20 minutes to get our order. The fries were OK, but the burgers all had pickles and one had onions. Checked the receipt and it was ordered correctly. 5 other people were waiting as well. So much for a quick stop for fast food!"
