"Received a DoorDash order, drove to the store twice to no cars, no one inside, hours still 10pm dine-in & 11pm drive thru. You’re a million dollar company can’t even update hours or communicate with the public for whatever reason it may be. Sad as hell, fall off please"
"Ordered a 3 piece tender and a 5 piece tender combo and received 2 in one and 4 in the other. The tenders we did get were small and old. The fries were cold and my husband's sprite was almost just carbonated water. We will not be coming back to this hardees again"
"The employees here were courteous and quick with my order. Everything tasted fine except the Dr. Pepper. It tasted like they needed to change out the flavor cartridge in their drink machine. Aside from that, I have to comment on the view of the Ohio River that this Hardee's has. It's absolutely gorgeous, and you can see the Blennerhassett Mansion from here! They have an outdoor seating deck which you can enjoy the view from while you eat."
"Was REALLY disappointed when I came here! My favorite burgers are from Hardee's! My son wanted to try his first ever burger at age 10 he's a picky eater! We waited like 20 minutes to get our food in the drive thru for the chicken we ordered but then got patties that looked and tasted like they had sat there for hours!!! Mind you not 1 single other person was there so I don't understand why they couldn't have made us fresh ones?!?!"
"Received 3 thumb sized "tenders" and 1 boneless wing sized...in the 5 piece meal. Fries were just tossed in the bag, causing half an order's worth to be dumped. I might have overlooked it had this been the first bad experience at the Belpre location."
