"No clue how someone who acts like Dr. Ribo has been in business so long. Definitely not the kind of dentist that should be treating children. No compassion or patience whatsoever for children. DO NOT take your kids here! If you cant find another dentist i recommend searching outside of the area before EVER going here! TO add to all of that, all and i mean ALL of his staff are rude and nasty. This place should be closed down and reported to the ADA!!!!"
"I received a return call 1 week later in response to a query I left. After 20 minutes of giving my insurance information and promising to bring my ssn's into the office I get a phone call from the dentist. In a haute angry voice he demands my ssn's over the the phone. I ask to bring them in to the office. He gives me a speech in the same tone telling me that he is retiring soon and that he demands these or find another provider. I realize at this point that he is probably disturbed and mean to patients. Going elsewhere."
"That is the worst place I have ever been in my life. I watched him belittle his female staff member in front of a full lobby of older women. He called her names and was screaming at her in front of everyone. He tried to stick his bare fingers in my mouth without a glove on and smelled like straight vodka. He should not have a business period."
"He did amazing with me. I have an extreme phobia of dentists on top of my anxiety. He talked me through the whole procedure, from cleaning to pulling my wisdom tooth. He talked me out of a full scale panic attack and worked with me so I was comfortable the whole time. I would definitely recommend him!"
