"A very odd Long John's, and these are the reasons: 1. I didn't get any sauces with my meal and they don't even have any out for you to get. I had to ask the counter girl and she had to get sauce from the drive thru window. So extremely odd. 2. It was 41 degree outside and I think thats what it was inside as well. Everyone had their jackets on and some people were evening wearing gloves. I guess they must not have a furnace. 3. All they have are sporks. I didn't even see knives. Oddly very odd it is! 4. All garbage cans in the entire restaurant were overflowing and nobody seemed to care. 5. I went to wash my hands in the middle of eating my meal and when I got back my meal was gone. It had been thrown away. I have never had that happen before in the 40000000 or so times I have eaten out in my life. I will not go back to this location. I will stick with normal Long John's from now on. This place was very abnormal. The music was weird too!"

"Had a terrible experience with Long John's in St Clairsville Ohio on Friday 11/10/2023. After ordering two fish dinners and paying for them, I was told to move forward and they would bring out my meals. After waiting 15 minutes the attendent broght me my order and was missing the second meal I ordered. When I told her what I was missing, she said she would bring it right out. I waited another 15 minutes for the missing dinner. I explained to her that this is very poor service and by now my meal is cold. I asked for a refund and she got very hostile stating they were really busy, and claimed I would have to drive arround to the window to request a refund. I drove off and threw the entire order in the garbage because of it being nasty. I will never be back...."

"As greasy as ever. Gotta clog those arteries every once in a great while. Had to wait while they fried up some more shrimp but it was worth the wait. Don't like the coated French Fries. Can't do this too often."

"Out of tartar sauce???? Yes!! Imagine eating at Long John Silvers and getting your food, only to find out that a fish restaurant has NO TARTAR SAUCE!! I told the worker that she should have told me before I ordered. Terrible experience."
