"I would not recommend PO. Dr. Martin was friendly enough but after my daughter had braces for 5 years there is still an issue with her bite. I was told when she got her retainer it would be $250 to replace but no appointment would be needed because they have the impression on file. Now I’m told it’s $350, less than a year later, and she needed a new impression because ‘they don’t save those records.’ What kind of doctor’s office does not save records?"
