"Staff was completely rude with me. Knowing I have brain damage from an accident. Instead of being a caring and understanding staff trying to help me understand things. They would get irritated and run to the surgeon. Then the surgeon would come out and scold my wife and I as if we did something wrong and threatened us of not being my doctor over his staff having heartless feelings towards a patient asking questions the best I could and understanding what was being said. We all need health care but be cautious using this office. Be prepared for a staff that doesn't care about you as much as they do about their work day being finished I hope everyone has a wonderful day and remember to be kind to each other."
"On the first visit, he was very calming and 100% was in tune with me anxiety of not wanting to get my wisdom teeth removed. On the day of removal, he was just as understanding and caring. Everything he asked and everything he did was always with authentic compassion and caring. I just had them removed today, so far so good. Lots of soft food, water and movie night with the 11 year is a great combo for the situation. Even after hours, the Dr calls to check up on his patients. Love his dedication. I would recommend him to anyone needing dental surgery."
"I saw Dr. Patterson two years ago for wisdom teeth removal, and again today for an extraction and bone graft. For the wisdom teeth, I was put under, and for today’s procedure, I was not. Staff has always been helpful and friendly when I’ve called with billing/insurance questions, and Dr. Patterson himself is very sweet and personable. He checked with me many times today during the procedure to make sure I was feeling okay and he’s done an excellent job with all of my procedures. He is definitely my go-to for dental work, and I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else!"
