"We have been long time customers with Badcock Furniture and we have had amazing experiences with the Wytheville Store. However, the Pulaski store was a horrible experience. The manager was rude, I ended up with something I didn’t tell the manager I wanted. They scheduled the delivery on the wrong day and then did not communicate that they wouldn’t be showing up. I then called customer service and filed a complaint, that was a waist of an hour."
"I just moved to virginia and went in to check prices with Hunter Riddle. I didnt get my appliances that day, but about a month later when I came back she immediately remembered helping me before and remembered what I had asked about and my preferences and all that. She provided very personalized friendly service. Very sweet girl and great at her job. She, honestly, is the reason I even came back to make the purchase. Thank u Hunter!"
