"There are always aisles blocked by stuff, the workers are never smiling or acting like they enjoy their jobs. The only person there that is going above and beyond for the customers is the store manager. So many times I've been in there and overheard workers complaining about simple tasks like putting out dog food (20lb bags and less)"
"Messy and it is a fairly new store Always messy. Delivery carts are always blocking isles and not just one isle, multiple isles. Cigarette butts every where as you are entering and that stinks. Cashier was friendly today but some will not even speak or say thank you. Don't shop there unless I really need something"
"Most of the time, you can't get through the aisles, because there are boxes and skids of merchandise in the way. There are only two girls in the whole store that are friendly. If it wasn't the only place locally to get merchandise, in a pinch, I wouldn't even go there. The store manager is accustomed to being on her personal cell phone, having a personal conversation, while she runs a register. Just really bad customer service, and bad habits of stocking on busy days, like Sundays. I go to a competitor in Beverly, most of the time. That store is clean and tidy and they know customer service. Get new management."
