"Natasha, Megan, and Michelle were phenomenal throughout my divorce process. Anytime I needed anything I knew they were a phone call away and I could reach them at anytime. I never had an issue getting ahold of them. They would keep me updated with any changes, or any concerns. If it wasn’t through phone calls, it was through email. This was my first time ever needing a lawyer for anything, so of course I was worried at first because you want to make sure you chose the best lawyer possible especially with kids involved, and I truly think I did. She listened, she cared, and she wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the result. They never over charged me for anything. Even after my divorce was finalized they called to check in on me and was asking how everything was going. That to me, is going above and beyond what their job entails! I would highly recommend."

"Worst attorney I have dealt with. Her staff member will run your bill up by overcharging, charging for work the attorney didn’t do, charge you for a motion then charge you for your signature, they charged me for just walking into the office to hand them REQUESTED information, they called to tell me something then send an email about the same thing charging me for both. They did not give me full credit for over billing from one invoice to the next. She failed to file a response to the opposing attorneys motions on my behalf causing an undo hardship due to lack of representation as she was required to do. I fortunately had an email I had sent giving an okay to the opposing counsel’s motion to prove to the judge I had advised Natasha Kinnan three weeks prior of my okay and I gave the okay when her office called me. I always record phone calls when I first start seeing a pattern that doesn’t seem right. When asking her office to communicate by email so I would have a record of everything, since I had so many problems with her office, Natasha Kinnan dropped me as an client after paying her THOUSANDS of dollars. Not once did I meet with her in her office. The only way I knew her in court was by a picture from her website. I was billed for a meeting with her in her office, that had NEVER occurred. I had to go over every invoice very closely because of so many mistakes. That should never happen!! DON’T fall for all of these positive reviews. Some is definitely her staff or former staff!!! I go to pick up my file and her staff member tried to force me to sign a paper that said they were giving me my entire file. I could never have determined that was my entire file in one setting so I refused to sign it. Her staff member (Megan) tried to tell me by law I had to sign it, WRONG!! I have the complete exchange on video. Her staff member(Megan) proceeded to follow me all the way down the stairs to the outside door trying to get MY file back from me. I was right not to sign it, some of my file is in fact missing. I am very meticulous when it comes to having a record of what was given to who and on what date. I have not listed everything, this along with more proof not mentioned, will be going to the Kentucky Bar Association. UPDATE: complaint has been filed with Kentucky Bar Association!!! Anyone that wants is welcome to join a lawsuit against her. I did file with the court, a response to her motion to withdraw so there is a record and the judge could see some of her actions. I could not and would never recommend her!!! She needs to supervise her staff members closely, especially one certain one. She is ultimately responsible for their actions. One more thing that set off alarm bells for me. There seemed to be a rather frequent turnover of staff. In my opinion, that can be indicative of problems in a business."
