"Truck drivers Don't waste your time if your hungry. Sign on door says open until 9pm. There at 730 and closed on a Wednesday. Was planning on stopping here to get dinner, fill the truck up before I leave in the morning now they won't get a dime of my money. I'll be at loves buying my drinks, and 500 dollars in fuel. Plus Popeyes closed 30 min early with every employee standing inside talking. These people are sorry lazy."

"Dear TA Travel Center Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I encountered at your facility on February 3, 2024, at around 11 AM. As a professional tow driver, my schedule is extremely tight, and efficiency is paramount for me. On the date mentioned, I found the cashier station unattended for a duration of 10 minutes. This delay not only disrupted my day’s schedule but also caused a significant amount of stress as I am bound by time-sensitive commitments. The absence of any staff member to manage the register during this period is not only surprising but also unacceptable. I understand that employees may need to take breaks or attend to urgent matters occasionally. However, there should be a system or protocol in place to ensure continuous service or at least inform waiting customers of the situation to manage their expectations. I hope that this incident will be reviewed seriously and that measures will be implemented to prevent such occurrences in the future. I look forward to improved service and better management of time and resources at your centers. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"This is my first time stopping at this facility. It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. As far as parking, I've noticed the most TA"s have limited free parking which works me. I don't mind paying for parking, it's the cost of foing business. I've found that in some areas of the country if you don't get into a truck stop before 5pm, free parking is get in where you fit in. In my experience I've been able to find parking at TA's albeit I have to pay. I prefer that over parking on a exit ramp or rest areas."

"It's a decent T/A but I have started to notice more and more truck stops having unavailable showers at night and this 1 just joined the list. I liked taking showers at night but I guess T/A doesn't make enough money to pay for extra employees to clean showers. So this T/A just got docked to stars for not having showers. Now if you like food you have it made here. They have tons of fatting fast food and junk food for you to stuff your face. If you like to walk that's good because all the free parking is on back row!"

"If the fuel hoses only reach 50% of my truck, then you'll only get 50% of my business. Design your pumps better if you want more of my business. Thanks."
