"I've used Mr. Gerber a few times over the years, but would be very unlikely to use him as legal representation again unless I was DESPERATE.He has good manners. That's about it. He did get me out of an alcahol to a minor charge but probably should have turned around and sued someone about it. Later on in life, he represented me for some traffick tickets and a possession charge. I told him the officer, Ian Boise, lied in his report, and Mr. Gerber brushed it off as it were nothing. After this incident, the Parkersburg Police went on to lie about me and my children in many reports. I often times wonder if Mr. Gerber would have done something about it the first time if they would have stopped lying about us. Oh, well. I don't recommend Mr. Gerber for legal services. Unless you are DESPERATE. Good luck finding anyone honest in this town. Just a bunch of money grabbing lawyers running around, none of which want to do pro Bono like they are supposed to, every year."
