"They are very rude and unprofessional. After paying a retainer fee, I was ignored and treated as if I was guilty on charges that I clearly was not involved in. There were No new information they found or gave me. After speaking with a very rude intern from the office, Chloe Spencer, she let me know there was nothing they would do and I should seek help somewhere else. I asked her to bring someone else to the phone because her tone was Very Rude and I was not expecting that tone from the law office I payed and trusted. She hung up on after I asked for my money back and Sickler law off blocked my number. I received a $2 check in the mail today and a list of charges that they did not do the work for. I do not recommend anyone to use Sickler Law office.
