"Owner Brandon... service coordinator Tammy... mechanic "CornBread"... are all gems. Trustworthy, practical & extremely fair priced. We LOVED our other mechanic in town... and then we got a citation for not meeting several minimum state safety standards! The estimated cost for repairs $2300 on a vehicle I paid $4500 for!!! I really didn't want to but felt I had to get a competitive bid. THANK GOD I did! Several $100 less out the door with my state certificate! These guys a miracle workers! Do yourself a favor... check them out next time you need any service performed on your vehicle."

"These guys are the best! They went above and beyond helping me get a new clockspring for my jeep at a price I could afford. They took the time to sit and go into detail with me on my first ever car inspection and how to fix it the cheapest way possible and get my inspection sticker at my next visit. That kind of customer service is hard to find. They could have price gouged me by not explaining it all to me and my other options but they didn't. They have my business from now on because they care."

"They performed a service on my car that’s just not possible on my model and then proceeded to charge me for it. My daughter is at Radford college so a quality repair shop to tend to our children’s vehicles while they are working for their education is important but we definitely don’t need thieves and liars doing business with our kids. I was a mechanic for 20 years so I’m very familiar with cars up to 2015 and I’m very familiar with basic automobile operation anyway my daughter attempted to check her transmission fluid the the tube broke so I called this shop and asked for them to try and repair it and if it couldn’t be repaired that I needed it replaced and the fluid checked and I also wanted a oil change so they said they remembered setting my appointment and discussing the problem with me and they would take care of it so 5 hours later I called for an update and this woman attempted to tell me that they didn’t fix anything and all they need to do was hook up a diagnostic scanner to check the transmission fluid which I know for a fact to be a bold face lie ,and that the computer said the fluid was fine so I then asked if they even changed the oil like I asked and that was a no I was shocked they didn’t charge me for not doing that caused they charged me 40.00 for apparently checking the transmission fluid with a diagnostic scanner which is just not possible in this model anyway if I had pictures I would post them but fortunately I was only lied to and disrespected not to mention the one service I wanted that was easy enough to do the oil change never got done now my daughter has to make another appointment somewhere else and take off more time from work boy what a hassle this has been"
