"Wanted to take a moment to shoutout New River Tire and Lube in Dublin Virginia and to advise to NEVER take your vehicle for any type of work. On Friday I dropped my car off due to “brake system issues” they called back Monday letting me know that as they were removing the brake booster vacuum pump a screw broke off in the camshaft. They informed me they put the broke brake booster pump back on and for me to take it to a Ford dealership. “It was safe to drive” as I quote the mechanic. Fast forward to now it’s going to cost $2000 to fix the mess up and the actual problem. I’ve never been more disgusted. I use to trust this business and took several vehicles , I will make sure everyone knows exactly what type of trash business this is."
