"I bought a car and took it off the lot. Next day! Not drivable! Took it to get fixed. Few weeks later it would not start. Had to wait to get a jump. Then get it fixed. And now its been a few months and the car has all kinds of problems it is junk. They scammed me. And I will be paying for a car that soon will not even drive! They need shut down they are praying on hard working people. I'm devastated because it’s how I support my family and eventually this car will not work. The sign that they have rental cars is a lie. They really are ripping off hard working Americans. How awful is it to work for a company that takes a vantage of people……….Thry are criminals waiting to be convicted one day. they have fake reviews on here satisfied customers they’re not real"

"Zach was absolutely amazing getting me and my fiancé into a car. But after a year of having it, it started leaking from the transmission. (No fault to any of the sales reps who work for Byrider) They had it a week, got it back, started leaking again. While jerking anytime we drove it. So we took it back for the second time. Rick is useless when it comes to checking on your vehicle. He will lie straight to your face, saying the parts never came in, when they did. They had already put another transmission in it that was junk. So 3 transmissions later and it was no longer a problem. The new problem was, they “fixed” or “replaced” the control arm. We got our car back a few days ago, it was cracking and popping crazy. And when you moved forward and came to a complete stop, the tired basically continued to roll but looked like it was about to come off. This is the 3rd time we’ve had to take it back. Please do not buy a car from here!!"
