"I have been going here ever since my mechanic shop closed it's been about 2 years and still they can't do a tire rotation. Every time I come in they tell me that they do not have the ability to do a tire rotation. This is ridiculous they say that they do not have the jack to lift the car up to change the tires. So I have to pay two different places them for my oil change and another business for my Tire Rotation!!!!! It's been two year's Joe Holland should install the proper equipment that the mechanics need. They are awesome everytime I go but the no tire rotations will make them lose me and other’s far as customer's!!!!"
"I brought my Hyundai Veloster here for an oil change. The employees were very friendly and courteous. The service was done quickly and efficiently. The only downside to getting the oil changed here is that you stay in the vehicle while the service is being done. It was 90 degrees today so it got pretty warm. Since the work was done quickly it wasn't too awful bad. If I ever need another oil change in South Charleston West Virginia I will bring my vehicle to them again. Thank you gentlemen."
